As part of the package we will include all of the following:
- Full account management including head office coverage if required
- Management of all commercial negotiations, in conjunction with our Principals instructions
- Present and secure listings for new product development
- Order taking, establishing stock control and replenishing products if required
- POS placement, promotional implementation and management of data control issues
- Building on and off shelf displays to achieve maximum brand visibility & providing photographic evidence
- Implementing and managing category layout initiatives
- Tailor made reporting procedures to suit our Principals needs
